Thank you for inquiring about Sanborn Place and Home Care . We are a Supportive Living Community for elderly, disabled/handicapped individuals, located in Reading, Massachusetts. Sanborn Place is owned and operated by a non-profit board, a federally funded HUD 202 Program, with available on-site home care programs and services.
Above is a tab which outlines our admission criteria for your review. You can also download this in our Resident Application section. Our admission criteria gives priority preference to those with higher personal needs based on unit availability. Enclosed is an application. If you are applying for priority preference, please submit supporting documentation when returning the application.
