Sanborn Day is a structured program that includes a variety of health, social and supportive services in a safe and caring environment. Sanborn Day is a medical model that provides a staff of health care professionals including; registered nurses, therapists and a social worker who strive to improve the physical and cognitive abilities of each individual. Our program offers families much needed respite while knowing that loved ones are in a secure and enriching environment.
Our professional staff conducts an assessment of each individual and develops a specialized care plan that offers a wide variety of services for those suffering from memory impairment or brain injury including:
- Daily personal care assistance including Bathing, Incontinence care, Medication Management and feeding.
- Stimulating Structured Activities and Field Trips that provide social opportunities.
- Breakfast, lunch and light snack.
- Door-to-door transportation for clients within a convenient radius of our facility.
Sanborn Day Adult Day Services contracts with Mystic Valley Elder Services, Minuteman, VA and Mass Health in addition to accepting Long Term Care Insurance and we also accept private pay.
