Sanborn Place
Sanborn Place & Home Care is a supportive living community for elderly, disabled and/or handicapped individuals, located in Reading, MA. It is owned and operated by a not-for-profit board. We are a federally subsidized housing program with available on-site home care programs and services provided by Sanborn Home Care.
WE ARE GROWING, OUR PLANS FOR THE THE FUTURE...
With a community of aging seniors seeking a place they can call home, Sanborn Place is expanding their supportive living community. The plan is to add an additional 50 mixed income apartment homes along with a major expansion and redesign of our existing community space. The design will include a wellness/fitness center, full service restaurant/cafe, conference/meeting rooms, media center, village store, bank, a full service salon and our very own pub. Adding to decor will be an indoor courtyard and walking paths for sunning and exercise.
